Dana Taylor Old
Dana is a relatable, engaging and business-savvy coach and facilitator. Her deep leadership, coaching and facilitation expertise is matched with a seasoned corporate background to maximize impact for high-profile clients across verticals. She is passionate about coaching teams and individuals to improve communication, dialogue and elevate outcomes. Dana prides herself on an approachable and authentic nature, and commits to bring dynamism, humor and professionalism to every engagement.
Dana spent a decade in CPG brand management at Red Bull North America and Nestle USA, which enabled her to be that ‘hub of the wheel’ and refine her leadership competencies. Dana also serves as President of a local non-profit organization and is empathetic to many of the leadership and communication challenges her clients face.
She received her Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Pennsylvania and earned her MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management. Dana is a certified International Coaching Federation coach (ICF - PCC, CPCC).
Peter Allen
Peter Allen brings IQ, EQ, and broad professional experience to his coaching practice to help clients gain clarity and critical insights into themselves and others. Based on these insights, clients are able to change their understanding of themselves and others in ways that help them become more successful, more effective, and happier.
Peter’s professional experience spans tech, private equity, venture, financial services, management consulting, and higher education. Previous employers include McKinsey, Google, Standard Chartered Bank, Booking Holdings (the world’s leader in online travel), as well as private equity and venture firms. Peter has worked on inclusion and diversity throughout his career, focusing especially on LGBTQ issues.
In his free time, Peter loves to travel, cook, read, write, exercise, and spend time with family and friends. Peter has lived, worked, and studied in the U.S., the U.K., France, Singapore, and Thailand, and is fluent in French. He currently resides in New York City with his husband, Jet.
Brian Evans
Dr. Brian Evans is a leadership strategist, executive coach, and trusted advisor to senior leaders, founders, and high-performing professionals navigating complexity, scale, and inflection points. Known for his grounded presence and strategic depth, Brian partners with individuals and organizations to strengthen how they lead, decide, and show up when the stakes are highest.
Earlier in his career, Brian served in senior operational and consulting roles, including Vice President of Operations for a multinational organization. He established his private practice in 2004, working with clients in over 20 countries across six continents and supporting executives and leaders in corporate, financial, creative, and mission-driven sectors. His work draws from performance science, leadership psychology, and real-world experience inside complex organizations to support sustainable leadership and meaningful impact. Brian is among fewer than 4,000 Board-Certified Coaches worldwide.
Brian holds a Ph.D. in Positive Psychology / Positive Neuropsychology, an MBA in Finance, and a Master of Arts in Psychology. He brings a steady, discerning presence to his work and is committed to helping leaders build capacity that is effective, sustainable, and human.

Tracie is an executive coach and consultant providing leadership and communication guidance to ambitious leaders, teams, and organizations. Her focus is on leadership development, team dynamics, and communication. Known for an empathetic yet strategic coaching style, she brings a calm, grounded, and direct presence to every engagement.
Tracie spent over two decades in senior leadership roles at Google, Hulu, and Disney, building, leading, and coaching high-performing teams. She understands her clients’ world because she’s been in it—managing complex client portfolios, aligning teams around shared goals, and navigating fast-paced, high-growth environments. She has coached individuals and teams across industries, including technology, media, finance, healthcare, retail, energy, construction, and the nonprofit sector.
Tracie and her husband are soon-to-be empty nesters living in Hermosa Beach with their trusted rescue dog, Harley. Outside of work, she is fueled by challenging workouts, optimize-your-life podcasts that make her rethink everything, and relaxed firepit hangs with friends.

Christine’s coaching combines her 20+ years of professional experience with her dedication to support others that are seeking success along their current career path or wanting to make a complete career shift. She spent 14 years at Google where she had the opportunity to experience first hand a company’s evolution from start-up to global brand. At Google, she successfully grew her career in various business development roles across three regions within the organization managing over $50m in annual revenue.
