Dana Taylor Old
I am a Leadership and Communication Coach and Trainer. As President of Studio DTO, I provide communication and leadership guidance to teams, organizations and individuals. With 10+ years of corporate CPG Brand Management experience and a passion for developing high-performing individuals and teams, I leverage my expertise to help clients take their communication and leadership skills to the next level.
I pride myself on an approachable and authentic nature, and commit to bringing dynamism, humor and professionalism to every engagement.
I spent a decade at Red Bull North America and Nestle USA. I received my Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Pennsylvania and earned my MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management. I am a Professional Certified Coach (PCC, CPCC) with the International Coaching Federation.
After giving Philadelphia, New York City and Seville, Spain a good shot, I currently live in my hometown of Manhattan Beach with my husband, Tyler, and son, Andy. My second child is my Peloton spin bike and you can find me on most Sundays walking through Open Houses and snapping pictures of ceramic tile (my fave!).
In time, I have a goal of dual residency between MB and Park City, UT - my happy place.
I am also committed to surrogacy and ovarian cancer awareness and education.

Christine Meier
Christine Meier is the Head of Corporate Partnerships at Studio DTO. She connects forward-thinking organizations with high-caliber executive leadership coaches and facilitators, enabling companies to elevate talent through impactful coaching and training engagements.
Christine is a former tech executive turned certified coach whose coaching practice centers around leadership development and career strategy. Christine brings a warm, thoughtful approach combined with a unique ability to quickly see the broader landscape her clients are navigating. Dana and Christine immediately hit it off after sitting next to one another in a 2019 coach training seminar. The rest, as they say, is history.
Prior to coaching, Christine spent twenty years in business development and marketing. She spent fourteen of those years at Google, where she witnessed the company’s transformation from a startup to a global brand. During her tenure, she held various business development roles across three regions and managed over $50M in annual revenue.
After years in San Francisco and New York, Christine now lives in Los Angeles with her husband and two children. Outside of work, she enjoys being outdoors—hiking, biking, swimming, or her new favorite activity, paddleboarding.
